MANZANILLO, Mexico - Quartermaster 3rd Class Daniel Urbano, left, keeps track of the ship's position as Mexican navy Lt. Navarrete and Lt.j.g. Jonathan Seawert watch on the bridge of the amphibious transport dock ship USS New Orleans (LPD 18) while arriving in Manzanillo, Mexico. New Orleans is participating in Southern Partnership Station, an annual deployment of U.S. military training teams to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Latin America.
