Senior Chief Jimenez is currently serving as the Senior Enlisted Advisor for Commander, Mine Countermeasures Squadron SEVEN; home port in Sasebo, Japan.

Senior Chief Jimenez was born in Estherville, Iowa on July 29, 1975. She graduated Spirit Lake High School in Spirit Lake, Iowa on January 26, 1994. Senior Chief Jimenez entered Naval service on 26 April 1994, graduated from RTC Orlando in July of 1994. Upon completion of Seaman “AT” school in July of 1994, she reported aboard her first sea command in August 1994. Senior Chief Jimenez was honorably discharged from active duty in February 1998 and re-entered Naval service on 28 September 2001. Upon completion of Mineman “A” school in March 2002, she reported aboard her second sea command in June 2002.

She has served in several sea duty assignments, including USS CAPE COD (AD-43), USS KINGFISHER (MHC-56), Commander, Mine Countermeasures Squardron FIVE, and most recently as the Lead Staff MEDAL Planner and Staff LCPO for Commander, Mine Countermeasures Division THREE ONE in San Diego.

Her shore assignments include Port Operations at Point Loma Submarine Base in San Diego, Instructor duty; Course Manager for MEDAL and Instructor for the MCM Officer planning course at the Mine Warfare Training Center in Ingleside, Texas and was the LCPO for the Service Department at Naval Munitions Command Atlantic, Unit Charleston in Goose Creek, South Carolina.

Senior Chief Jimenez has been awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (three awards) and various other personal and unit awards.
