130205-N-TX154-354 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Feb. 5, 2013) - Capt. Tom Disy, commanding officer of the guided-missile cruiser USS Cowpens (CG 63), salutes Capt. Robert Tortora, commanding officer of the guided-missile cruiser USS Antietam (CG 54), at the conclusion of a hull swap ceremony at Fleet Activities Yokosuka. Hull swaps, or ship rotations, are part of the Navy's long-term plan to routinely replace older ships with newer more capable ships.
