PACIFIC OCEAN (Oct. 5, 2011)  - Gunner's Mate 1st Class Russell Rotolo demonstrates the proper handling and firing procedures of the M-16 A3 rifle prior to a small arms weapons qualification aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Cowpens (CG 63).
