ARABIAN SEA (Dec. 12, 2012) – Quartermaster 1st Class Jeremy McKagan, from Richlands, N.C., changes flags aboard guided-missile cruiser USS Mobile Bay (CG 53). Mobile Bay is deployed as part of the John C. Stennis Strike Group to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility conducting maritime security operations, theater security cooperation efforts and support missions for Operation Enduring Freedom.
