GM2 Holt demonstrates techniques of the Visit, Board, Search & Seizure (VBSS) team for families on board USS MOBILE BAY during the July 26th Friends and Family Day Cruise.  Sailors and their families spent a day at sea that included high speed maneuvers, gunnery demonstrations, VBSS demonstrations, and a luncheon on the flight deck.  Families and friends were given the chance to see a day in the life of their Sailor as the MOBILE BAY prepared for its current deployment.
