Senior Enlisted Leader

ITCS Eisele is a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan. He graduated from Williamston High School in June 1994. He enlisted in the United States Navy at RTC Great Lakes, IL on 29 December 1994. After completing Basic Training he attended Yeoman “A” School in March through May 1995. Following Yeoman "A" School, ITCS received orders to Headquarters, Commander-in-Chief U.S. Atlantic Fleet (CINCLANTFLT) Norfolk, VA. While attached to CINCLANTFLT, he advanced to Third Class Petty Officer. In September 1998, ITCS submitted a SCORE package and cross-rated to Radioman. He attended Radioman “A” School from February through May 1999.

In June 1999, he selected orders to USS HARRY S. TRUMAN (CVN 75), home ported in Norfolk, VA. He was assigned to Combat Systems Department; CS-3/ADP Division and served as the ships Network Administrator and Work Center Supervisor. He completed two six month deployments, in support of OSW/OIF/OEF. Also, during his tour, he volunteered for an Individual Augmentation to Commander, U.S. Navy Central Command (COMUSNAVCENT) 5TH Fleet Bahrain. Onboard TRUMAN He qualified Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist, Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist and advanced to First Class Petty Officer.

In April 2004, ITCS was selected for Recruit Division Commander (RDC) Duty at RTC Great Lakes, IL. He trained seven recruit divisions and also was an RDC “C” School Instructor and the School House Leading Petty Officer from January 2006 - February 2007. He qualified as a Master Training Specialist (MTS) and advanced to Chief Petty Officer on 21 September 2007.

In April 2008, ITCS selected orders to USS ABRAHAM LINCOLN (CVN 72), home ported in Everett WA. He served as the CS1-RADIO Division LCPO, CS8-EDP Division LCPO and also the Training Department LCPO. While onboard LINCOLN he qualified Communications Watch Officer and also served as the command SAPR and ESWS Program Coordinator.

In May 2011, ITCS selected orders to Afloat Training Group Pacific Northwest (ATGPACNW), Everett WA. He served as the Communications Warfare Team Lead, VBSS Warfare Team Lead, ATFP Warfare Team Member, 3M Team Member and the Combat Systems Department LCPO. While onboard the ATGPNW Staff, he qualified as Afloat Training Specialist (ATS) and Small Craft Petty Officer in Charge Insignia. 

ITCS Eisele’s personal awards include the Navy Commendation Medal (One gold star), Navy Achievement Medal (Three gold stars), three Navy "E", Navy Good Conduct Medal (One silver, one Bronze star), Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal (One bronze star), Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal.
