PACIFIC OCEANĀ - Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Equipment) Airman Alexander Miller, center, prepares to stow a barricade below the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). The barricade, which stops aircraft unable to land on the flight deck, was inspected before flight operations begin aboard the ship this year.
