SOUTH CHINA SEA - Members assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Wayne E. Meyer (DDG 108) flight deck team along with the pilots and aircrew of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron Seventy-One (HMS-71) participate in vertical replenishment and in-flight helicopter refueling training operations. USS Meyer is on a routine deployment to the Western Pacific supporting maritime security and cooperation.
