Afloat Training Group Western Pacific Participates in U.S. Embassy Youth Outreach Program 
 
YOKOSUKA, Japan - Capt. Curtis J. Gilbert, commanding officer of Afloat Training Group Western Pacific (ATGWP), explains to Japanese college students the purpose of the navigation simulator during a tour of the command's facilities. The students toured the facility as part of a U.S. embassy youth outreach program. The program is intended to give Japanese college students a better understanding of the U.S. Navy's role in the U.S. and Japan alliance.
