Paktika PRT talks security near border 
 
U.S. Navy Lt. Patrick King writes the English translation of a night letter left two days earlier by enemy insurgents in Margah Village Aug. 16. King met with the Afghan local police to gather information on surrounding areas to assist Paktika’s government and its people establish long term stability and counter the insurgency. King is the Paktika Provincial Reconstruction Team Orgun detachment officer-in-charge and hails from Mt. Sterling, Ky.
