121107-N-ZZ999-001 MUARA, BRUNEI (November 7, 2012) - USS Reuben James (FFG 57) hosted a formal reception in support of Coordinated and Readiness Afloat Training (CARAT) Brunei. Military and government officials from the United States, France, People's Republic of China, Brunei, Republic of Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam attended the event to help Commander, 7th Fleet's strategy of strengthening U.S. alliances in Southeast Asia.
