PHILIPPINE SEA (Sept. 22, 2010) - A Sailor stands the Aft-Lookout Watch onthe flight deck of the amphibious dock landing ship USS Harpers Ferry (LSD49). Harpers Ferry, currently on patrol in the western Pacific Ocean, ispart of the permanently forward-deployed Essex Amphibious Ready Group (ARG), and reports to Commander, Amphibious Force Seventh Fleet, Rear Adm.
