Master Chief (SW/AW) is a native of Cavite, Philippines. She enlisted in the Navy in September 1992 and attended recruit training at RTC Orlando, Florida.

Her first duty assignment was onboard USS SAMUEL GOMPERS (AD-37) as a non-designated seaman. During this tour, she completed a six month Western Pacific deployment extending to the Indian Ocean and Persian Gulf until the ship was decommissioned in October 1995. In November 1995, she reported ot Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Four (NMCB Four) in Port Hueneme, CA. In February 1997, she reported to Naval Regional Contracting Center (NRCC), Singapore where she was selected as Sailor of the Year 1998. Upon completion of her tour, she reported to USS ESSEX (LHD-2) in San Diego, CA. While onboard the ESSEX, she completed various deployments including various humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations including EAST TIMOR, FOAL EAGLE, and a successful completion of HULLSWAP, the largest crew swap in the US history with USS BELLEAUWOOD (LHA-3) in Sasebo, Japan. In 2002, she was selected to Chief Petty Officer.

In March 2003, she reported to Commander Naval Personel Command in Millington, TN where she served as an SK detailer and Budget manager. During her last year in NPC, she was selected to Senior Chief Petty Officer. Her next assignment was onboard forward-deployed USS COWPENS (CG-63) in Yokuska, Japan as the Supply Depatmet Leading Chief Petty Officer. During this tour, she completed various deployments to include ANNUALEX, FOAL EAGLE EXERCISE TALISMAN SABER, VAILIANT SHILED 2007 off the coast of Guam, and US-Japan EXERCISE KEEN SWORD 2008.

In November 2009, she completed an IA/GSA tour with the staff of CENTCOM Deployment Distribution and Operations Center as the Senior Elisted Advisor, Deployed to Kuwait in Support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. She reported to NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella in December 2010 server as the Senior Enlisted Leader until her selection to Master Chief Petty Officer. In February 2012, she was selected for the Command Master Chief Program.

In June 2012, she assumed the duties of Command Master Chief for USS WINSTON S. CHURCHILL (DDG-81) in Norfolk, VA.

Master Chief Presco is a graduate of the Navy's Senior Enlisted Academy and Command Master Chief Course in Newport, RI. She is a qualified Enlisted Surface and Aviation Warfare Specialists. Her personal awards include the Joint Commendation medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals (4 awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals (6 awards), Good Conduct Medals (five awards) and various unit and campaign awards.
