Master Chief Graham is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio.  He enlisted in the Navy in 1995.  He holds an Associates degree in Management earned in 2013 from Coastline Community College. 

Master Chief Graham’s first sea tour was from 1995 to 1997, as a Diesel Engine Mechanic onboard Torpedo Weapon’s Retriever 10 (TWR-10), in Pearl Harbor Hawaii.  His next sea assignment was as Gas Turbine System Technician (Mechanical) and Work Center Supervisor onboard USS Lake Erie (CG-70) from 1997 to 2000. His next sea assignment was as a Main Propulsion Plant Leading Petty Officer onboard USS Thorn (DD-988) from 2003-2004. His next sea assignment was as the Main Propulsion Divisional Leading Chief Petty Officer and Engineering Departmental Leading Chief Petty Officer onboard USS Forrest Sherman (DDG-98) from 2004-2008. His next sea assignment was as Engineering Departmental Leading Chief Petty Officer onboard USS Bulkeley (DDG-84) from 2008-2012. Master Chief Graham reported to DESRON 22 in October of 2014.
Ashore, from 2000 to 2003, Master Chief Graham was assigned to Service School Command Great Lakes, Illinois as a Gas Turbine “A” school instructor.  From 2012 to 2014, he served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor at the Columbus Ohio Military Entrance Processing Station.
Master Chief Graham has completed five Engineering Officer of the Watch Qualifications (including one from the
GL-47 hot plant, Great Lakes), Certification as Master Training Specialist, and Certification as a U.S. Navy Marine Gas Turbine Inspection. Master Chief Graham’s military awards and decorations include one Defense Meritorious Service Medal, three Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals, four Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals and various unit and service medals and ribbons
