	On The Cover Our cover this issue is a photo illustration designed by senior graphic designer Sam Paciello Jr. of BlueWater Agency, which incorporates the photo of USS Hampton (SSN-767) that took 1st Place in this year's ohoto contest and an early image from Ground Zero in New York City taken by PHC(SW/DV) Eric J. Tilford. We hope to show that while recovery efforts have officially ended in New York, the hard work of the Submarine Force in combating terrorism continues on in the memory of September 11th.
