Team SPAWAR is a Department of Navy organization that is comprised of integrated organizations working together.  Headquartered in San Diego, Team SPAWAR also includes two systems centers, three program executive offices, one joint program executive office and liaison office located in Washington, D.C.

Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I)...

PEO C4IHeadquartered on the Old Town Campus of the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command in San Diego, the mission of PEO C4I is to provide integrated communications and information technology systems, and the end-to-end connectivity needed to enable decision superiority and ensure the mission success of our naval forces. PEO C4I acquires, fields, and supports C4I systems that extend across Navy, joint and coalition platforms. Supported by Team SPAWAR and industry partners, PEO C4I annually completes more than 2,000 C4I installations to fleet and coalition customers.

Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS)...

PEO EISA world-class provider of IT solutions that connect people and information. Established in the spring of 2006, the Department of Navy's PEO EIS oversees a portfolio of enterprise-wide information technology programs designed to enable common business processes and provide standard information technology capabilities to Sailors at sea, Marines in the field and their support systems. The PEO ensures that these programs maximize value to the warfighter by balancing cost with the capability delivered to the end user.

Program Executive Office Space Systems (PEO Space Systems)...

PEO Space Systems is the Defense Department's acquisition agent for narrowband satellite communications, which support a full spectrum of  users ranging from the Navy to coalition forces deployed worldwide. The PEO Space Systems mission is to develop, acquire, integrate, produce, launch, test and provide operational support to reliable, affordable, flexible, effective and seamless space systems that support DOD and U.S. agencies to enable joint, coalition, combined and naval operations. PEO Space Systems coordinates all Department of the Navy space research, development and acquisition activities.

SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic (SSC Atlantic)...

SSC LANTThe mission is to provide quality full-service systems engineering and acquisition to rapidly deploy capabilities to the naval and joint warfighter through the development, test, evaluation, production and fielding of sustainable, survivable and interoperable command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (C4ISR), information operations, enterprise information services and space capabilities that enable knowledge superiority.

SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific)...

SSC PACSSC Pacific is one of the Navy’s premier research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) laboratory for command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR). We provide complete life-cycle development and support for military C4ISR systems — from concept to fielded capability. Our laboratory settings, test beds and simulated operational environments offer working environments unachievable elsewhere. We actively partner with industry, academia and other government and non-government entities.

Washington Liaison Office (WLO)...

WLOThe purpose of the WLO, in Arlington, VA, is to provide necessary Team SPAWAR liaison, insight and presence in the National Capital Region.  It is the role of WLO personnel to manage and improve stakeholder relationships at the strategic level.  Embedded personnel are located within the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development and Acquisition Chief Systems Engineer;  Office of the Chief of Naval Operations; Naval Sea Systems Command; Naval Air Systems Command; and Marine Corps Systems Command.

Joint Program Executive Office Joint Tactical Radio System (JPEO JTRS)...

JPEO JTRSThe Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS) will allow all elements of the U.S. defense force to communicate and share information over a fully interoperable tactical radio system, helping to realize the full potential of netcentric warfare as JTRS bridges “the last tactical mile.” The mission is to develop and field interoperable, affordable, secure, wireless networking capabilities for joint forces through an innovative enterprise business model. The JTRS enterprise develops and delivers interoperable, mobile ad-hoc, secure networking capability anywhere in the joint battlespace to the warfighter.
