Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) participates in the largest defense and technology exhibition on the West Coast, at the San Diego Convention Center, Jan. 29-31. Co-sponsored by the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and the U.S. Naval Institute, AFCEA West 2013 will feature exhibits from key technology leaders and discussions by today's leading military experts.
