The Navy Enterprise Business Solutions (Navy EBS) is a portfolio program of IT solutions for aligning the Navy’s money, manpower, and materials.  The Navy EBS portfolio includes both Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP) and the E-Business and Electronic Procurement System (EPS), which modernize and standardize Navy business operations by providing unprecedented management visibility across the enterprise and increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
 
  • Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP) enhances the Department of the Navy’s (DON) ability to produce auditable financial statements, and since October 1, 2011, has supported 65,000 users worldwide. The program is the high-velocity back office foundation that ensures faster and more accurate response in getting resources to the warfighter. 
  • Navy Electronic Procurement System (EPS) is a fully integrated end-to-end financial and acquisition solution designed to manage the entire life-cycle of defense contracting.

Navy Enterprise Business Solutions (Navy EBS) is an integrated business management system that incorporates both Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP) and the E-Business and Electronic Procurement System (EPS) which  modernize and standardize Navy business operations, providing unprecedented management visibility across the enterprise and increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
