Calling Navy 311 (CONUS)
Support for
any question, whether it be technical, logistics or other can be obtained by
dialing a single toll free number. Simply dial 1-855-NAVY311 (1-855-628-9311).
Although faxing requests is not the preferred method, they are welcome and can
be sent to Navy 311 at (877) 632-4304.
Calling Navy 311 is easy! Dial
the toll free number above. A voice prompt may present you with a list of
choices:

(OCONUS)
To call Navy 311
from outside the continental United States, dial the same number as the CONUS
number: 1-855-NAVY311 (1-855-628-9311).
Contacting Navy311 Using a Secure Phone Line
Navy 311 can
accommodate secure calls on a secure line if necessary. Call 855-NAVY311 (DSN
510-NAVY311) and inform the customer service representative that your discussion
will require a secure phone line, then you can call or be transferred to the
Navy 311 Secure Terminal Equipment (STE) phone. The Navy 311 STE number is
757-443-3872 x2647 (DSN 646-3872 x2647).
