Calling NAVY 311 (CONUS)

Support for any question, whether it be technical, logistics or other can be obtained by dialing a single toll free number. Simply dial 1-855-NAVY311 (1-855-628-9311). Although faxing requests is not the preferred method, they are welcome and can be sent to NAVY 311 at (877) 632-4304.

Calling NAVY 311 is easy! Dial the toll free number above. A voice prompt may present you with a list of choices:

  • For Supply or Logistics support, including Cash or Check-Related Shipboard Systems, press "1."

  • For Equipment, Maintenance or Technical support, press "2."

  • For Manpower and Personnel, including Travel, press “3”

  • For Training and Education, press "4."

  • For Installations and Facilities, press “5”

  • For Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), One-Net, Navy ERP or NEMAIS, press “6”

  • For Navy Medicine, including Navy Medicine Information Systems Support, and Spiritual Support from ChaplainCare, press “7”

  • For Ordnance support, press “8”

  • For all other assistance or system support, press "0 (zero)."

  • To repeat these menu options, press "9."

  • To speak to a Customer Support Professional, press "0" (zero).

Calling NAVY 311 from outside the continental US (OCONUS)

To call NAVY 311 from outside the continental United States, dial the same number as the CONUS number: 1-855-NAVY311 (1-855-628-9311).

Contacting Navy311 Using a Secure Phone Line

NAVY 311 can accommodate secure calls on a secure line if necessary. Call 855-NAVY311 (DSN 510-NAVY311) and inform the customer service representative that your discussion will require a secure phone line, then you can call or be transferred to the NAVY 311 Secure Terminal Equipment (STE) phone. The NAVY 311 STE number is 757-443-3872 x2647 (DSN 646-3872 x2647).

E-mailing NAVY 311

Simply double click on Navy311@Navy.Mil (if your e-mail client is not open or if your web browser is not set up to send e-mail directly, cut and paste the e-mail address into your e-mail client and send as you normally would).
