MEDICAL READINESS REPORTING SYSTEM (MRRS)
MRRS is a comprehensive mission-critical tracking system for immunizations and Individual Medical Readiness. MRRS is a Web-based, real-time application with links to existing authoritative data systems to reduce data input requirements and improve data accuracy. The system gives headquarters staffs and leadership a real-time view of immunization status and force medical readiness. MRRS was developed to capture and maintain medical, immunization, injury management and medical readiness information relating to the Navy Reserve, and has now been adopted as a total Department of the Navy solution. The Coast Guard has also adopted MRRS.
NAVY RESERVE ORDER WRITING SYSTEM (NROWS)
NROWS is the single, enterprise-wide application for putting a Reservist on annual training, active duty training and inactive duty training travel orders. This system produces 150,000 sets of training orders annually and is used by approximately 90,000 users to support every major claimant. It is a Web-based system that incorporates the orders application process with an automated approval workflow, Reserve Personnel Navy budgeting and approval, and the delivery of official orders and travel itineraries. NROWS was developed to address significant business process changes, eliminate legacy systems and reduce total cost of ownership.
RESERVE HEADQUARTERS SUPPORT (RHS)
RHS is a mission-critical system used in the data collection and dissemination process necessary for command and control of Selected Reserve mobilization. RHS supports the Navy Reserve functional areas of manpower, personnel, billet and unit management, mobilization management, personnel pay management,and training management. The system supports more than 290 interactive users at all Echelon levels, interfaces with 15 other Navy and Department of Defense systems, and is the central data processing point between 265 Navy Reserve field activities and all Navy and DoD pay / personnel systems.
RESERVE INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
(RIMS (FM))
RIMS (FM) is a mission-critical financial management application created to manage those funds appropriated by Congress to the Navy Reserve. RIMS (FM) manages all detail documents to determine when to send accounting transactions to the Standard Accounting and Reporting System. The system gives management visibility of projected spending for the fiscal year to properly and effectively manage the Reserve Personnel, Navy appropriation.
