Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic provides comprehensive engineering expertise to fabricate, integrate and test for all command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) acquisition engineering and integration. These efforts encompass flexible, scalable, engineered processes that permit rapid insertion of emerging technology for the fleet and other federal customers, while maintaining rigid configuration and cost controls. All programs are managed to ISO 9001/2000 standards, use standardized repeatable processes, utilize synchronized flow manufacturing, common product utilization, earned value management, production metrics and adhere to Balanced Scorecard principles.

The C4ISR Acquisition Engineering and Integration facility is designed to accommodate any ship set platform. Comprised of 90,000 square feet of synchronous flow production, integration and testing capabilities, the facility contains a cable manufacturing work cell, a pre-integration work cell, integration work cells and a rack refurbishment cell. This state-of-the-art facility also offers 30,000 square feet of unique testing capabilities which include two de-ionized fresh water cooling systems, electrical power capabilities and a full spectrum of testing connectivity which includes high frequency, ultra-high frequency, super high frequency, very high frequency, satellite communications, Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET), Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET), Global Positioning System, and more.
