To construct advanced base facilities in support of Navy, Marine Corps and other armed services engaged in military operations and be fully capable of defensive combat operations. In operations other than war, provide construction and engineering support to peace keeping, humanitarian assistance, civic action, disaster recovery and base facilities operations and maintenance.
