WILLIAMSBURG Va., (May 17, 2013) Architect’s perspective of future Navy Cargo Handling Battalion ONE (NCHB1) Expeditionary Logistics Department Complex at Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, Cheatham Annex, this project is in support of Navy Shore Vision 2035 of Commander Navy Installations Command (CNIC) in partnership with Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC).
