NECC Force Ombudsman

The force ombudsman has been carefully selected by the Type Commander of NECC to proactively engage with lower echelon leadership, ombudsmen, and families in order to advocate their family readiness needs and issues. While the roles and responsibilities of the force ombudsman are the same as the command ombudsman, the relationship between the force ombudsman, echelon four ombudsman, and command ombudsman is broadened as one of communication, advocacy, and mentorship.

NECC Staff Ombudsman

The staff command ombudsman serves as an advisory to the NECC Commander on matters affecting service members and families within the staff. There is no hierarchy within the Ombudsman Program and the roles and responsibilites of the staff ombudsman remain the same as the command ombudsman.
