DRIVING
You can reach NCBC Gulfport from three major routes: US Highway 49 from the north, Interstate 10 from the East and West, and US Highway 90 from the East and West. The fastest route from the East or West is I-10. If you wish to take a more scenic route, then take Hwy 90.
From Interstate 10 and US Highway 49
Signs on the interstate will direct you to the Seabee Center. You want to take the Highway 49 South exit. Head South on Hwy 49 until you reach Hwy 90. Turn right (West) onto Hwy 90, and follow until you reach Broad Avenue. Turn right (North) onto Broad Avenue, and follow it through a number of traffic lights and across a set of railroad tracks. Broad Avenue leads directly to the NCBC Main Gate. Security at the gate will be able to direct you to the Battalion.

From US Highway 90
You may wish to leave the Interstate at any number of exits along I-10 to enjoy a more scenic route along the coast. Once you reach Gulfport on Hwy 90, look for signs directing you to the Seabee Center. Turn onto Broad Avenue, and follow it through a number of traffic lights and across a set of railroad tracks. Broad Avenue leads directly to the NCBC Main Gate. Security at the gate will be able to direct you to the Battalion.

AIR TRANSPORTATION
If you plan to fly into the area, you have three options: Biloxi/Gulfport Regional Airport, New Orleans International Airport (approximately 80 miles away), or Bates Field in Mobile, AL. (about 75 miles away). Local taxicab and limousine service to NCBC Gulfport is available from Biloxi/Gulfport Regional and New Orleans International. You should arrive with sufficient funds to pay the cost of ground transportation, or make prior arrangements with your sponsor.
