 SEVENTH Naval Construction Regiment

Welcome Aboard the SEVENTH Naval Construction Regiment website. It is a pleasure to introduce you to the SEVENTH Naval Construction Regiment and our proud history. I am confident we will continue to add our "READY AND ABLE" Seabee legacy.

The SEVENTH Naval Construction Regiment is homeported in Newport, RI. Reporting to the FIRST Naval Construction Division, the Regiment exercises command and control of three Naval Mobile Construction Battalions in the northeastern United States: NMCB TWENTY-ONE (Lakehurst, NJ), NMCB TWENTY-SIX (Mt.Clemens, MI) and NMCB TWENTY-SEVEN (Brunswick, ME).
