Naval Construction Group ONE (NCG 1) exercises administrative control over Naval Mobile Construction Battalions (NMCBs) THREE, FOUR, and FIVE, as well as Construction Battalion Maintenance Unit 303, and Underwater Construction Team TWO. NCG 1 also exercises operational control over NMCBs while homeported in Port Hueneme. NCG 1 provides support to the Commanders of FIRST Naval Construction Regiment, NINTH Naval Construction Regiment, and THIRTIETH Naval Construction Regiment. We also provide readiness training of all Pacific Fleet (PACFLT) Naval Construction Force (NCF) units, serve as the personnel receiving and processing activity for deployed PACFLT NCF units, and provide support to our active duty personnel families through our Family Readiness Groups.
