The mission of the 25TH Naval Construction Regiment is to provide operational and administrative command and control of assigned units of the Naval Construction Force. We provide policy and guidance in such areas as contingency planning; military and technical training; unit deployment and scheduling; operational effectiveness; development of operational doctrine; equipment management; and logistics support.
