Mishap Identification and Reporting Requirements

A Naval Audit Service Report recommended that we post a comprehensive training tool to assist the fleet in identifying mishaps and reporting responsibilities and place it on our website.

There are two PowerPoint presentations available. The first provides extensive background and assistance in reporting. The second is a series of screen captures for the WESS process.
