I mean, that piece of tape is bright red, for goodness sake. Isn’t red the universal color for hazard warnings? And you can pretty much read the “Do Not Turn On,” if you happen to notice that there is writing on it and then you lean forward and squint. Yet this electrical box is clearly on.

Can’t figure it out. Maybe there was another little piece of tape with the word “again” on it, but it fell off.
