For effective mishap reporting use the tools WESS(Click Here) and ESAMS(Click Here).  NOTE:  Submit all motor vehicle mishap reports directly to the Motor Vehicle Reporting System (5102 Private/Govt Vehicle Mishaps Click Here) as ESAMS does not feed these reports to WESS.  To view the different mishap class definitions CLICK HERE.
