BRAVO ZULU
Know someone or a team of individuals who deserves to be recognized? Send us a BZ with a photo or logo (if available) and a brief write-up of the event. What we need:

• Narrative of the event
• Name(s) and rank(s) of the nominee(s)
• Endorsements from CO and appropriate chain of command
• High-resolution (300 dpi) photo
• POC phone number and email address

PHOTO ESSAY
Send us photos of what being a watch stander means to you. Capture images that show how you chart the course to a mishap-free Navy, on the job or off duty. We need:

• High-resolution photos (3-5 photos of the same theme)
• Detailed caption of each photo (who, what where, when, why, and how it prevented – or could prevent – a mishap)
• Photographer's name, rank and command
• Endorsements from CO, safety officer and appropriate chain of command
