MISSION

The primary mission of the Tactical Operations Division (Code 44) is to investigate all Navy and Marine Corps A and B/C (explosive) mishaps.  Additionally Code 44 is tasked with conducting Safety Surveys, providing statistical analysis, and developing lessons learned for the fleet and Operating Forces.
