Perform to Serve (PTS) is a PERFORMANCE-BASED program designed to help the Navy keep “our best and brightest Sailors while shaping the Navy force to meet future requirements.” (NAVADMIN 128/10)

All Active Duty E3 through E6 Sailors with IA Orders should request a Career Development Board BEFORE departing your Parent Command before going on your IA assignment. This will verify YOU ARE ON TRACK for Fleet RIDE/Perform to Serve approval.
