| PURPOSE |
| To provide intermediate level instruction for noncommissioned and staff noncommissioned officers assigned to a unit's operation section. Marines will be awarded the secondary MOS of 8711 upon successful completion of the course. |
| SCOPE |
| The course focuses on providing an understanding of the functional responsibility of current and future operations by providing instruction in the following areas: Command and Control support for Amphibious Operations, Marine Corps Planning Process, Rapid Response Planning Process (R2P2), Information Management, Unit Training Management, Operational Security Procedures, Intelligence Preparation of the Battle Field (IPB), the Joint Tactical Common Operation Picture Work Station (JTCW) to include the Command and Control Personal Computer (C2PC) software application, collaborative applications, and presentation graphics. |

| NCOs, SNCOs, and company-grade officers Possess an active SECRET clearance Recommended GT score of 90 or higher MISTC C2PC resident course MISTC SharePoint Level I & II resident course MarineNet Operations Terms & Graphics DL Course (B130836000) Account for MCI online for their unit's RUC Account for MarineNet for their unit's RUC 1 year time in service required upon graduation Command endorsement |

| SECRET CLEARANCE IS MANDATORY!!
