Senior Enlisted Advisor, Naval Network Warfare Command
Master Chief Jacqueline D. Mills is a native of Rock Hill, South Carolina and a graduate of Rock Hill High School's class of 1983.
Master Chief Mills' active duty career began in July of 1985 when she attended boot camp at Recruit Training Command Orlando, Florida.  After graduating from boot camp, she reported to Radioman "A" school at Navy Training Center San Diego, CA.
During Master Chief Mills' naval journey she enjoyed her first assignment as a Message Center Operator at Communications Area Master Station Mediterranean, Naples Italy from January 1986 to January 1988. While there she was promoted to Radioman Third Class. In February of 1988 she reported to Naval Communications Station, Puerto Rico. During her tour she qualified as Message Center and Naval Communication Processing and Routing System (NAVCOMPARS) Desk Supervisor and was advanced to Radioman Second Class.
She went on to Indian Head Maryland and served as the Leading Petty Officer from March 1990 to April 1993. In May 1993 she served as the T-Site Watch Supervisor of four personnel while stationed at NCTAMS Pacific DET Diego Garcia. In June 1994 Master Chief Mills' performed as an outstanding NAVCOMPARS Supervisor at NAVCOMTELSTA Guam. In August 1996 she reported onboard USNS Kilauea (T-AE 26) forward deployed to Guam where she was Message Center Watch Supervisor. While there she was promoted to Radioman First Class.
In September of 1997 she reported onboard the USS NIMITZ (CVN-68) serving as Communications Watch Officer (CWO), Message Center Leading Petty Officer, Combat Systems Training Petty Officer, and Alternate CMS Custodian. While assigned, she advanced to Chief Petty Officer. In October 200 while assigned to NMCI Support DET Norfolk, she was the Assistant OIC and SEA of 43 personnel.
In October 2004 she reported onboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) where she served as the ADP LCPO, Data Base Support LCPO, Network Security LCPO, and the ESWS Coordinator. It was during this tour she was promoted to Senior Chief Petty Officer.  In November 2007she reported to USJFCOM Special Operations where she was assigned as the J6 LCPO and the Electronic Key Messaging Systems Manager (EKMS). She successfully completed the Senior Enlisted Academy residence course in 2010.
On 27 April she was notified of her selection to Master Chief Petty Officer. In December 2010 she reported onboard USS George H. W. Bush (CVN-77) where she served as the Combat Systems Information Branch Leading Chief Petty Officer. She reported to Naval Network Warfare Command (NETWARCOM) as the Senior Enlisted Advisor (SEA) in December, 2012.
Master Chief Mills' personal awards include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal (two awards), Navy Commendation Medal (three awards), Navy Achievement Medal, Enlisted Surface Warfare Insignia, Aviation Air Warfare Insignia, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, and the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal.
