ITCM(IDW/SW/AW) LISA M. ALBRECHT, USN

SENIOR ENLISTED LEADER

     Master Chief Albrecht, a native of Cambria, Wisconsin enlisted in the Navy in September 1988.  After completing Basic Training at RTC Orlando Florida she reported to NTTC San Diego, California for Radioman Class "A" School.  Upon completion of "A" school, she reported to Naval Communication Area Mediterranean in Naples, Italy in May 1989.  She worked in the Telecommunication Center and Technical Control for her three year tour.

     In May 1991, she transferred to U.S. Navel Facility Brawdy, Wales where she again worked in the Telecommunication Center and Technical Control.  In december 1993 she reported to NTTC Corry Station, Pensacola, Florida for Cryptologic Technician (Communications) Class "A" School.  In March 1994 she reported to Commander Fleet Air Keflavik, Iceland as the Special Intelligence Communications Center Watch Supervisor.

     In May 1996 she reported to Commander In Chief United States Pacific command.  While onboard she worked in the Telecommunication Center and Technical Control, as the Command Training Petty Officer and as the Command Career Counselor.  After going back to NTTC Corry Station for two Class "C" schools she reported to the USS John C. Stennis in May 2000 as the Ship's Signals Exploitaion Space Communications Supervisor.  While onboard she made two deployments to the Arabian Gulf in support of GWOT.  She also earned her Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist and Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist.

     In May 2003, she reported to U.S. Naval Security Group Detachment Diego Garcia as the Telecommunications Leading Petty Officer.  Upon being advanced to Chief Petty Officer she took over as the Communications Department Head and Information System Security Manager.

     In April 2004, she reported to naval Security Group Activity Kunai, HI as a Communications Watch Chief in the Information Technology Directorate.  In June 2005, she led a team to Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station, Pacific (NCTAMS PAC) where they built and commissioned the Pacific Region Network Operations Center.

     Upon leaving NCTAMS PAC she reported to Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron One Whidbey Island, Washington in February 2007 for duties as the Intelligence Department Leading Chief Petty Officer.  She was also advanced to Senior Chief Petty Officer.

     In February 2010 she reported to her present duty at NIOC Whidbey Island, Washington for duties as the Readiness Department Head.  After being advanced to Master Chief in 2010 she assumed the duties as the Senior Enlisted Advisor in March 2012.

     Her awards and decorations include the Joint Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps commendation Medal (4 awards), Joint Achievement Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (2 awards), as well as various campaign, service, and unit awards.
