NIOC Sugar Grove enjoys the services of a full-time Chaplain, who spearheads the Command Religious Program.

The Chapel is located in Building 63 (Administration/Quarterdeck Building).

In addition to ministry counseling services to individuals and families, Protestant Worship Services are offered in the chapel every Sunday at 1100. A local priest visits NIOC Sugar Grove Weekly. Appointments may be scheduled through the chaplains office.

Summer Vacation Bible School attracts more than 70 command and community children for Bible lessons, singing, crafts, fellowship and fun.

The Chaplain also is the point-of-contact for the Command’s Community Service Programs with various churches, local schools, Habitat for Humanity, the local nursing home and others.

Wednesdays @ 1800

Ladies in Fellowship Together (L.I.F.T.) Christian Book Club - 2nd Thursdays @ 1830.

Ladies in Fellowship Together (L.I.F.T.) Craft Nights - 4th Thursdays @ 1800.
