BCO MONTEREY VOICE MAIL INSTRUCTIONS
- System Access Number: 831-656-0202
- Your Mailbox Number: 831-656-XXXX (your phone number)
- Your Temporary Password: Last 4 digits of mailbox (change per instructions below)
Follow these simple instructions to set up your Voice Mailbox:
- Dial 831-656-0202 (system access number).
- Voice mail will ask you to enter your password and then press #. Enter your temporary password then press the # key.
- If you are calling from a phone other than your business phone, you will be asked to enter your mailbox number and press #. Enter your 7 or 10 digits telephone number and press the # key.
- You will hear “Welcome to AT&T Voice Mail” followed by general information. You will have the opportunity to change your password. Choose any 4 to 13 digit number that does not begin with zero. Follow the voice instructions.
- Press 1 to change your password.
- Enter your new password and press #.
- Press # again to approve your password.
- Follow the instructions and record only your first and last name. Do not record a personal greeting now.
- Press 5 to record your first and last name.
- Begin recording after the tone.
- Press # when you are finished recording.
- Press # again to confirm your recorded name.
- Last, record your personal greeting. This is what callers will hear when your voice mail answers their call.
- Press 5 to record your personal greeting.
- Begin recording after the tone.
- Press # when you are finished recording.
- Press # again to confirm your recorded greeting.
