BCO MONTEREY DIALING INSTRUCTIONS
- Within Centrex Dialing – Dial the last four digits of a Telephone Number
- Local Calls – Dial 9 + 7 digit Telephone Number
- Long Distance Calls – Dial 9 + 1 + Area Code + 7 digit Telephone Number
- DSN – Dial 8 + DSN Number
CALL TRANSFER
Analog Line – Press the SWITCHHOOK once, wait for a dial tone, dial telephone number to which the call is to be transferred to, announce the call and then hang up.
IDSN Line – Press the TRANSFER key, wait for dial tone, dial telephone number to which the call is to be transferred to, announce the call, and press the TRANSFER key again.
CALL PICK-UP
Lift receiver, dial 109, incoming call transfers to your line. (Must be programmed into the switch).
CALL FORWARDING VARIABLE UNLIMITED
Forward all calls to another line:
To Activate: Lift receiver, dial 106 and wait for dial tone, dial telephone number where calls should be forwarded to, at confirmation tone phone will ring, and then hang up. (Must be programmed into the switch).
To Cancel: Lift receiver, dial 107, wait for confirmation tone, and then hang up.
