In order to start or continue phone service, the NCTS San Diego Base Communication Office (BCO) Financial Division receives all funding. Funding documents are to be forwarded to:

Private Party companies are to forward certified/company checks payable to U.S. Treasury to the above address. Once funding is received, you will be assigned a NCTS job order number (JON). This JON should be referenced anytime you need to add, move or change service. This JON should also be annotated on any amended funding documents or checks.
