U.S. Fleet Cyber Command

 Welcome to FCC/C10F

We will operate, integrate and win in the cyberspace, electromagnetic spectrum and space domains. We will win in these domains through our collective commitment to excellence and by strengthening our partnerships with entities across the U.S. government, Department of Defense, academia, industry and our foreign partners.

 Who we are...

US-Fleet-Cyber-command.jpgSince its establishment on Jan. 29, 2010, U.S. Fleet Cyber Command (FCC)/U.S. TENTH Fleet (C10F) has grown into an operational force composed of more than 16,000 Active and Reserve Sailors and civilians organized into 25 active commands and 32 reserve commands around the globe.

U..S. Fleet Cyber Command reports directly to the Chief of Naval Operations as an Echelon II command and is responsible for Navy Networks, Cryptology, Signals Intelligence, Information Operations, Electronic Warfare, Cyber, and Space.  As such, U.S. Fleet Cyber Command serves as the Navy component command to U.S. Cyber Command, the Navy space component to U.S. Strategic Command, and the Navy’s Service Cryptologic Component Commander under the National Security Agency/Central Security Service.

TENTH Fleet is the operational arm of Fleet Cyber Command and executes its mission through a task force structure similar to other warfare commanders. In this role, TENTH Fleet provides operational direction through the command’s Maritime Operations Center located at Fort George Meade, Maryland.

 Mission Areas

1) We operate and defend the Navy's networks and shore-to-ship communication systems.

2) We create relevant and actionable intelligence and surveillance data.

3) We plan for and operate assigned Navy spacecraft, which provide telecommunications support to globally deployed operational forces.

4) We oversee information operations and coordinate Navy electronic warfare for automated and reprogrammable systems.

5) We plan and direct the operations for a subset of U.S. Cyber Command's Cyber Mission Forces.
