The Department of the Navy has focused the resources of the Executive Management Program Office to strengthen the recruitment, retention, utilization, and development of its civilian leaders.
The results will be to:
- Increase the Department of the Navy’s capability to achieve the mission through a fully integrated, developed, and utilized talent pool of executives.
- Close talent gaps through a deliberate, enterprise-wide approach that manages and integrates each element of the executive lifecycle.
Our vision is to manage and develop a cadre of employees who possess a broad background of skills and experiences that will prepare them to support the warfighter and meet the continually changing management requirements of the Department.
Executives are encouraged to frequently access this site for information on developing executive skill profiles to meet the leadership challenges we face today and tomorrow.
