The Civilian Personnel Management Service (CPMS) has published the rates of pay for Chief Ship Pilots and Ship Pilots for 2011. This schedule is effective the first day of the first pay period beginning on or after January 2, 2011 and supersedes the schedule issued December 31, 2009.
