 WILL I HAVE A JOB?

Until the extent of the impact of the BRAC at your organization is known, there is no way to answer this. However, if it looks like your job will be impacted, you will be provided extensive career transition assistance to aid you in gaining employment. The programs are successful. During the BRAC 1995, over 80% of affected employees were placed or took a separation incentive payment and voluntarily left their job.
