ADR services are available for DON civilian employees to resolve workplace disputes at the earliest stages of concern. Its use is encouraged informal/formal EEO Complaints, Administrative Grievances, ULPs, appropriate workplace cases and disputes. Supervisors are encouraged to use facilitation to resolve early or escalating conduct and performance concerns as well as address civilian peer-to-peer interpersonal differences that have potential impact on the workplace environment.
