CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AND MEDIATION MODEL (CM3)

The DON ADR Program encourages Human Resources Offices (HROs) to establish proactive Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) systems tailored to the needs of the commands, managers and employees that they service. Creativity and flexibility are encouraged. At the same time, HRO level ADR systems need a benchmark to measure whether they meet the business, legal and organizational requirements of an effective ADR system. The Conflict Management and Mediation Model (“CM3”) Standard is that minimum benchmark. To learn if you are maintaining a CM3 Compliant HRO Level ADR system that satisfies the following minimum standards visit the following site: CM3 (Conflict Management and Mediation Model)
