Navy Provides Emergency Support to Employees, Families

The Department of the Navy has garnered many resources and organizations to provide support to employees in the aftermath of the September 16 shooting incident on the Washington Navy Yard. There is no higher priority than caring for our Department of the Navy family and easing their transition through the aftermath of this event.

Expert teams are available to assist and advise employees and families in obtaining the personal and financial benefits available to them. For assistance, employees and family members may contact the EFAC by calling 1-855-677-1755, or visiting Building 72, Joint Base Anacostia Bolling or Washington Navy Yard, Building 111.

Leaders, managers, fellow employees and members of the civilian human resources offices will continue to assist employees and their families in transitioning from this tragic incident. Continued information on support services and resource links will be available on this webpage.
