We have an effective system for assessing and evaluating our EEO programs that ensures that DON major commands and subordinate activities implement their programs in support of and in alignment with the overall DON EEO Program strategic goals and objectives. Ongoing assessments of major command and subordinate activity EEO programs are vital to maintain the highest level of effectiveness and efficiency.
