Electing Traditional TSP only:
- Select PERCENTAGE or AMOUNT:
- I wish to contribute the following PERCENTAGE of my basic pay per pay period to my Traditional Thrift Savings Plan account.
- I wish to contribute the following AMOUNT of my basic pay per pay period to my Traditional Thrift Savings Plan account.
- Enter the PERCENTAGE OR AMOUNT in the field.
- Select NEXT – A yellow yield sign is displayed in the Roth % and $ field.
- Deselect “I do not wish to contribute to my Roth Thrift Savings Plan account” in the Roth section and select another option for Roth.
- Select “I do not wish to contribute to my Roth Thrift Savings Plan account” again.
- Select NEXT, continuing transmit your election.
- Click PROCESS TRANSACTION to electronically complete your election.
Electing Roth TSP only:
- Select PERCENTAGE or AMOUNT:
- I wish to contribute the following PERCENTAGE of my basic pay per pay period to my Roth Thrift Savings Plan account.
- I wish to contribute the following AMOUNT of my basic pay per pay period to my Roth Thrift Savings Plan account.
- Enter the PERCENTAGE OR AMOUNT in the field.
- Select NEXT – A yellow yield sign is displayed in the Traditional TSP % and $ field.
- Deselect, “I do not wish to contribute to my Traditional Thrift Savings Plan account” in the TSP section and select another option for Traditional TSP.
- Select “I do not wish to contribute to my Traditional Thrift Savings Plan account” again.
- Select NEXT, continuing transmit your election.
- Click PROCESS TRANSACTION to electronically complete your election.
